Being on the verge of a Binge

Does anyone else get that constant feeling like they are on a verge of a binge. On the edge of a cliff and about to take the leap and jump in deep into the abyss but end up eventually crawling slowly back to safety. I keep having that feeling, so happy when back in the safety zone but somehow out of nowhere i'm back on that edge again. Randomly.
I know what I need to do, I can see it works. It makes sense, but why do i always seem to be on that edge.

I know exactly what you mean...am already fighting thoughts of a Friday night pizza whilst the wife's out!!
My secret weapon is spices!! For example, I'll go get a chicken breast, spice it into oblivion, cook it off and stick it in a pitta bread with some salad...maybe add some healthy skinny fries! Tasty and far healthier than grabbing a dirty doner from the local kebab shop
The abyss is what Dexter would call his Dark Passenger!!0 -
I use to be until I went low carb. Now I never have that feeling.4

Purge your fridge and pantry of all junk foods. It really helped me not to see the fritos, and powdered donuts in the pantry.2
