I just calculated my bfi, and it's so high! Around 35%. I'm 26 girl, 157 cm high and 60,5 kg. I don't look that fat, but this bfi is just not healthy. Started eating healthy about a month ago, and I lost 5,5kg so far. Main problem is I'm lazy when it comes to workout. What is the best way to lower bfi?

I assume by "bfi" you mean body fat percent. Your BMI is at the higher end of normal so that's good. The best way to lower your BF% is to strength train and eat at a reduced calorie level. The good news is that you really don't need to eat at a large deficit to do so, since you are already at a normal weight. Also, the way in which you measured your bf% is likely to have a significant amount of error in it, especially if you used a bioimpedance machine.

Yes, that's what I meant by "bfi". I calculate bf% on calculator I found on internet, based on my height, neck, waist and hips measures. Don't know is that reliable.
So, you wanna say that I don't need to do lots of cardio? Cause I realy hate it. :D

Nope, don't need it if you hate it.
But there's a million different ways to do "cardio" doing something that is enjoyable.

That's great, but the important factor is maintaining a deficit while strength training. Also you probably don't need to eat so little given that you are in a normal weight range. And you could even just eat at maintenance while strength training and do a "recomp".

You hate cardio? Then just walk. Once a week at the mall (early before the crowds). Around a lake with your hubby. Or a hiking trail nearby. 1200 is simply too low for me. I would binge. 1440 seems just right for me and I'm losing. If I eat under, I save those calories for a beer on the weekends.

I appreciate your advice. That is a good idea and I was planning to do that. Start with walking and moving more in general. I gained a lot of weight by sitting all the time and eating mostly sweets. It's time to break bad habits. :)
1200cal is ok for me at the moment, cause I don't move a lot. Planning to increase it when I start working out.
