    please add me! I need diet buddies My coworkers are all doing Keto so I'm going to give that a try starting Monday as well as the BodyBoss Program!

    This week I'm just trying to break my usual habits of sugary drinks and carb overload lol.

    I have about 35lbs to lose :)
