Laser Focused

I have had a very difficult situation occur. Wife was diagnosed with cancer. She was my exercise partner along with being my best friend...i have been going twice a day for both me and also her...diet and exercise on track and doing awesome...hands down this program works..
My wife is half way through chemo..I have been her coach, house keeper, grocery shopper ( hate this), and yard guy.
I got her walking three times a day...
I am sharing this to tell you...you can do this, your diet your exercise program stay on point...hang in there takes time but you got to start and no matter what you can't quit. Life will throw you speed bumps don't back up hang in there!!!
