This isn't my first time on MFP, I've been here a couple times. This last time I lost 45 pounds, but fell off the wagon and gained 30 back. But here I am, back on the wagon and determined to stay this time. My friends are always motivating and great, so if you're looking for more friends, add me!

Anyone who is going to motivate me (and I'll return the favor) is appreciated, but a little about me just to find some people with common lifestyles/goals/etc.
-I'm a 25 year old female
-I have over 100lbs to lose
-I work night shift as a nurse (nurse friends always appreciated!)
-I live in AZ

If you think we'd make good friends, add me! Let's do this together!

I'm Paul I'm a newbie too and need to lose about 20kg, not sure think that is about 50lbs

I'm a healthcare shift worker too, so work really strange hours and it's the night shifts where I really struggle to stay healthy. It'd be great to add you if that's okay? I need loads of help and motivation

Good luck to you! I just started back again after popping on every couple of days. I've been off track since my vacation last month. We can do this!

Part of staying on track for me is doing own meal prep. No box meals. I have over 100# to my own goal too. No alcohol. I have cut the starches out rice bread potatoes. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, Protein I do shakes, tuna, egg whites, beans. Walking 5 miles a day on my fitbit.
