New to the site, trying not to lose momentum

Hello! I've been losing weight gradually for a while now, but I've recently hit a bump. I got back from a 5-month trip to London a few months ago and while I was there I dropped 10 pounds just from food (and a little exercise as well). When I came back in May, I continued to work out, but I've now gained back 6 of those pounds. I think some of it might be muscle weight, but I also think a lot of it has to do with eating. I want to get back into a good balance of exercise and eating well so that I can drop the weight I've gained back and reach my goal and that's why I joined. I would love some of this support I've been hearing about. Thanks!

    Welcome! I think that this site will definitely help you. And I wouldn't be surprised if most of that weight turned out to be muscle. Just keep working out and eating right!
