Hi guys
Started on Monday , 1st meal usually 12pm last meal 6pm . My question is should I do my HIIT during fasting or when I have eaten . Any advice greatly appreciated . Have you been successful .

Do whatever works best for you. Technically it makes no difference. What matters is that you eat enough but not too much, and exercise moderately, and in order to do that consistently, it's important that what you do makes you feel good.3

I workout about 5 hours into my fast. Bed about 3 hours later.0

Whenever you feel at your best. Some people need some food in their stomach, so working out fasted doesn't work for them. Others want an empty stomach, so working out during the fast window is their preference.0

I do my workouts during my fasting state.. because that is how my schedule works. I make sure I drink my BCAA'S and recovery drinks. Do what best suits you.1
