CALORIES AND PROTEIN

I have 200 calories left for the day but I have gone over on my protein which is good. I'm not hungry. Should I eat the 200 calories and carbs because I have some left? I really don't mind leaving the carbs and calories behind.

It doesn't really matter if you hit the carb goal or not - protein is more important for sure. Up to you on the calories, just don't starve yourself. Maybe some healthy fats?

If you aren't hungry, I wouldn't stress, but you should treat protein as a minimum. Most new people choose aggressive goals, and MFP's protein tends to be less than what many people should actually be eating while losing weight.

So how much protein are you actually eating?
