Can't loose weight:(

I track all food, exercise three times a week and really trying. Can't seem to budge the weight:( it's been 9 weeks and a pound up or down is it.

What is your height, starting weight and goal weight? When you say "track" - do you weight all solid foods in grams on a food scale (even pre-packaged ones)?0
