Anyone had problems with mfp not awarding any calories for the steps synced from a Samsung gear? I did 12k steps yesterday and it says 0 calories bit today so far I have done 2k and and says 78 cals same happened a few weeks ago with a 13k step count.
Seems like a waste of time using mfp if it doesn't work properly.
I tried contacting them about it but no reply

I have a Fitbit Charge 2, and it was working fine with my old Samsung phone, but I have recently purchased a new Samsung S8,and now it doesn't pickup notifications from my Samsung Phone. I wonder if I should get a Samsung Fit2 Watch?0
