Hi you all...Until June I was on a roll but then in June had to have major surgery on top of going through a divorce. With that being said I have lost my way. I am still limited in my workouts but my eating is getting out of control. Looking for others to not only help to motivate me but that I can also motivate. Feel free to add me....0
