I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting rid of the buttocks area and love handles. I exercise, but I feel like it just gets bigger. I would appreciate any advice or help!

Boxing is great for love handles and the cross trainer has really helped my behind.0

There is no such thing as spot reduction, with a proper diet and good exercise routine you'll begin to see changes within the week. Dumbbell lunges help tone up legs and buttock area though, not spot reduction, but help tighten.0

Elliptical is great for those areas, to build muscle and burn the fat0

These are great tips & once I am able to walk again (foot surgery in June) I will be firing up my Wii Fit & doing the boxing. I also have an eliptical that I will be using & soon hope to see a more toned person when I look in the mirror.0
