Even though my stomach is in agony... I can't deny I have so much extra energy, just wanna run around, bounce, jump, skip, fidget... can't stop moving.

Do other women find the same?

Quite the opposite for me  I get really fatigued a few days before my TOM and crave chocolates.

I take doze on the couch while the kids play and try not to throw up. So nope, no extra energy. But on the upside, no cravings either.

I tend to be the lowest weight right before the day I start. I also tend to be starving (where I eat every hour of something good now a days) and I will be more active during TOM.

Not at all. I just want to eat chocolate all day. Not good for my weight.
  • Darn Uncle TOM and Aunt Flow,,haven't seen them in 9 months and all of the sudden they show up! Definitely an unwanted guest.
