I'm a 28 year old male. I'm 5'9". Up until late 2014 I weighed around 250lbs. At that time I started cutting calories to 1,200-1,500 and got down to around 200 lbs with no exercise. I then started jogging 6-8 miles 3x per week. I stopped running during winter and, of course, for off track and started eating more garbage and more calories. I got up to around 210 lbs. so that's the back story...
So, about a month ago I started doing p90x and eating perfect 90% of the time. The first 2-3 weeks I was eating very healthy but only eating 1,200-1,800 calories and so ZERO changes on the scale, mirror, or cloths fitting. So, I started p90x over 3 days ago and have been eating 1,950 calories and ZERO cheats. I plan eat 210G of protein and the remaining calories split between carbs and fats. I plan to keep it up to a T. Am I on the right track? Calories and macros wise? I know it's been only 3 days but it's discouraging seeing no results. Since I started a month ago, I've gotta a lot stronger and can finish all the workouts, but no visible changes. It's getting difficult to stay motivated.

Regardless of what the scale is telling you it sounds like your living a healthier lifestyle. It could be as simple as you're replacing fat with muscle and that is why the scale isn't moving. If your eating healthy and not drinking alcohol without recording it, or sneaking a midnight Twinkie without anyone knowing then continue on with what you're doing and eventually everything will pay off.0

It does take months to see results. Take measurements weekly and photos often to have a chance of detecting change.

It's been 3 days since I upped my calories. I'm mainly referring to the past month... I haven't over eaten during that period.0

Looking to see visible results in 3 days?
Please tell me you are joking.1 -
No, I don't expect to see results in 3 days. But I've been eating great 90% of the time and doing p90x for nearly a month.0
