    I am on day 13 of Keto and going strong. I would like to know if there are any alcoholic drinks that would be okay on Keto. what do you all drink? [I like red wines, I dislike Gin and white wines and I'm not huge on beer]

    I have heard that gentlemans jack daniels and tito's vodka are both keto friendly.

    Ive looked at this and its expensive and in $. Im in the uk and it seems quite difficult to get the ingredients sadly.
