Trying to lose 18 by Christmas

Hello everyone, I just recently started using my fitness pal. Been good at my food and exercise in the past few weeks and have lost around 5 pounds. But today I struggled with food. We went to the state fair :/ I know I'm gonna have ups and downs; but I'm still determined to reach my short term goal of 150 by Christmas. Any advice or tips to help me get there?also wouldn't mind Friends, motivators and people to hold me accountable. Thanks in advance :)

    That is an awesome and totally reachable goal! Don't feel discouraged about today, its nice to have some fun once in awhile and get back on track the next day. Kind of takes the pressure off sometimes!
