I'm eating so well at the moment, except for my number 1 enemy: COOKIE DOUGH!

I have it at least 2 or 3 times a week and it is SOO bad for me, I usually eat about a quarter of it which is just over half your days worth of calories. This is one of the worst addictions to have, cos I keep doing so well then I blow it so easily.
So, vowing to myself : from today, no more cookie dough. I will need to take it one day at a time, but hoping to break this habit once and for all!

    You can do it! Cold turkey is the way to go!

    Oh I hear you honey.... Today COOKIE DOUGH was my enemy!!! I was making a peach cobbler of sorts... (Canned peaches, drained and put into a baking dish and topped with Oatmeal cookie dough and baked..). I ended up eating way too much of it before I ever baked it... then eating some after it was done. Killed my calories... lol

    Yeah I don't even crave anything else anymore (tap wood). I used to eat maccas every day haven't eaten it in weeks but this effes me over everytime! ESPECIALLY last week! :/
