Ex military and changing my life

I have been out of the military for seven years and am looking to get back into shape. I work crazy hours and felt I couldn't because of my schedule. But last week I decided it was time for a change and I am beginning that weight loss journey. I could use some friends for this journey and I am willing to motivate anyone who needs it.
