Who wants to join me in pledging to exercise for at least 30mins every day in August? Proper exercise that makes you sweat, a leisurely walk doesn't count!

I'll join! But I have to say it'll probably be more like 6 days/week for me too. We have a lot of stuff going on over the weekends in August so I know one of those weekend days will NOT be a workout day.0
