Well today is day 1 of Power90 for myself. I couldn't believe when I weighed in at 171lbs and a 36.5 inch waist with 18% body fat. This is almost the biggest I have been in my entire life.
Is anyone else using Power90?

    Last Thursday was day 90 for me. Unfortunately, I didn't start tracking my calories until around day 70 or so. That said, I still lost 17 lbs (6 in the 3 weeks since coming to MFP), and 5 inches around my belly. Stick with the P90 and MFP and you should see amazing results. Good luck.
