Hi everyone!!! Just introducing myself to the community. I am 61 and have picked up quite a few pounds in the last couple of years. Need to lose for myself and to get my husband on board because I am really worried about his health. So no more procrastinating and this morning, I got up and got started. Diving in but I still overdid my morning meal so now will have to go without dinner. But I love this fitness pal diary and the ability to search and find all the foods and favorite restaurants that I eat. Etc....hope to be able to inspire and get inspired...

You can do this.. Friends to encourage and support (both ways,) is what makes it work. Also an open diary for your friends.. Commit and do it.... btw I'm 61 and doing fine here0
