    A co-worker has convinced me to give this a try. Looks pretty much like like my old ultra low-carb diet but with more food. That diet was rough but the shred was worth it.

    Hey! How long have you been on keto? What is your weight loss goal like? I've been on keto before with some success, strayed a bit, and I'm now giving it another attempt. I'm also looking for some pals to share information and motivation.

    Today is my 1st day of it and overall I think I did pretty well. I feel like it will be the hardest when I go out to a restaurant or go out for drinks. I'm looking for people who can help motivate me so I can lose my last 20 pounds once and for good.
