White collar boxing - shred and get fit!!

Hi I'm becky, signed up for White collar boxing fight in December so on a mission to shred as much weight as I can this month before my training starts in October!! Any advice would be greatful. I'm on high protein low carb diet x

    Core, core, and more core, plus cardio is key in boxing. Great sport, great workout, and an excellent, functional skill to have if you ever find yourself in a self defense situation. Have fun and good luck!
