Routine Suggestions

Hi. I am looking for some feedback on my soon to be routine.
Just for a little bit of background details of my previous fitness endeavors. I have done HIIT full body and isolated workouts, HIIT cardio (usually running/sprinting) and most recent has been strength weight lifting. I'm now looking to switch it up a bit. I can get bored with my routines.
I am looking to cut weight and tone up. Muscle gain is fine but it is not a priority for my fitness goals. I have an Endomorph body type, so cutting can be difficult at times. So my thought is the following:
M: Full-body strength training
T: Cardio (various methods such as running, biking, swimming. boxing, wrestling)
W: Power yoga
T: Cardio/Abs
F: Full-body strength
S&S: Active Rest

I'm just curious what's the difference between full body HIIT vs isolated? And why only sprinting is HIIT cardio?0

Doing HIIT isolated allowed for gaining muscle and cutting fat. Where as full body was mostly for fat lose and toning up. Getting HIIT cardio comes in all different forms. I just did sprints because it allowed me to go into the forest trails with my dog.1
