If your workout routine is new, then your body is probably temporarily retaining some water to help your muscles recover. It's really common for this to happen.5

Water retention. 4 days in is too soon to panic. Just keep logging, work on your accuracy of your logging and keep some patience.0

Agree with the above. It's water weight from the new exercise. Just stick with it and you will show a loss soon.0

Your muscles are holding on to water to repair them selves. The weight loss life is not to the faint. If you are weighing yourself everyday, stop. There will be days you gain and then lose the gain plus some in 3 or 4 days. Make sure you have before pictures, and measurements. The scale is not the only piece to this journey. Make you are logging your food honestly by weighing food and paying attention to servings on the labels. Drink plenty of water and keep working out.

I started at almost 250 lbs and it took almost 2 months for my body to finally quick retaining water and realize it needed to lose the weight and not hold on to it. Just don't give up, it's frustrating but it will come.2

Cut salt a bit and you'll drop water weight, if you ate something super salty, lunch meat, hot dog, chips, or whatever that has a lot of sodium in it you'll pack on water. It's good for a 3lb gain for me.
Is that a normal workout sequence for you, 1.5 hours?, or are you just getting started? If getting started I would scale that back so that your body can have a chance to adapt. Otherwise it might just pour in Cortisol (stress hormone) and that could really sabotage muscle gains. Good luck, over 200lbs isn't the end of the world. Be consistent and really enjoy your workouts and you'll get to where you're going. ((hugs))1 -
Keep doing what you're doing, 4 days is too soon to judge. You' body is probably holding on to water (reduce your salt a bit, drink enough water) - you'll see a difference in a week, I'm sure of it! Good luck!2

4 days is far too early, you need to give it a couple of weeks. Don't panic, if you are eating fewer calories than you burn (most important) and exercising (added bonus), it'll work!0

When you start a new work out regime or even change a routine you retain water weight. The reason being is that your muscles swell with water in order to assist in repairs. I gained four pounds when I started lifting and cardio. It will go away after about a week. Just remember if you're eating at a deficiency you are definitely losing fat, dont put to much power in the scale. Also, almost every person experiences a plateau down the road. It's just your body retaining water, don't give up.0

Also, keep in mind that everyone's weight fluctuates up and down constantly in response to a ton of factors, so if you're weighing on a daily basis, you'll always see the scale going up and down every day. You'll start to figure out what your normal fluctuation range is after awhile, so just try not to freak out in the beginning.0
