Hello out there. I'm new to My Fitness Pal and I've been on the Ketogenic diet for 16 days. So far so good. Any other Keto people out there?

  Also new to the ketogenic lifestyle. Hope this will prove successful where hundreds of other diets I have tried have failed. Health is topmost priority for me.
