Need some motivational help, I'm getting back into running... it's not much but started with a 5km with my friend on a charity run, I really enjoyed it and need to start training to get fit and lose this weight!!! Any supportive friends/ motivation much needed!!!! We can do this!!!!!0

I like to kick peoples butts. I burn over 1000 calories a day. all outdoors. no matter what the temperatures are. cardio all the way for me.0
