Limp Noodle Challenge

Okay I don't about anyone else, but my legs could use some strengthening. I've been caught in more than once situation where the proper leg strength would have produced different results. So I wanna know who's up to joining me in my 50 lunges and 50 squats challenge. Since it's a new month lets start today. The rules are 50 lunges on each leg and 50 basic squats every other day. Of course all don't have to be done at once. I know today I will be doing about 10 every hour until finished. Once they are completed, please post so other challengers can remain motivated. HERE'S TO STRONG LEGS!!!

    The major contributor to strong legs for me has been hiking and biking...I need to focus more on upper body strength here.
