Although I joined MFP a long time ago I never really used the app. Well now I am determined to use it to help me lose weight.
I joined a gym and did 40 minutes of Circuir Training. Is there a way to track that?
Thanks for any help u van offer!

Same way you add food. Click on exercise - search circuit training under cardio and add it.1

The circuit training calorie estimate implies you are pushing pretty hard the entire time (raising your heart rate). There are also two entries for calesthenics (low and high intensity) that you can use. Unfortunately, it's not an exact science.1
