When it comes to working out, it's such a great stress reliever sometimes
It sucks getting going but I love getting a good sweat and the feeling that you can't do any more and you're completely out of breath, sounds like I need to get out more1 -
To be here, at my favorite lake, enjoying the beautiful sunset as my toes are burried in the sand and the wind blows through my hair...
