Protein shake

Can I make a shake using protein powder the night before and keep it in the fridge for the morning or will it be gross by then....?
I usually blend a banana and peanut butter into it before I do a long run. I'm doing my first half marathon and need to leave my house at 5am and don't really want to have my blender going at that time of the morning as it will wake my kids....

yes you can. I would definitely leave it in the fridge. Put it in something you can shake though. By the morning you will want to shake it to break up anything that settled.2

I once read an answer where the wife had the small blender in the garage so her husband could use it at 5am. At $15 to $20 a pop for these small blenders, it can be done.1
