    If you are older, you are smarter. Go climb in your car and go to walmart and get a food scale. Weighing food really made this place awesome. Stick to this and you will win. Making sure you get enough protein in older age is important. I aim for 70 grams of protein a day.

    You can do it!!! I have lost 12 lbs. in a little over 60 days. So keep entering your calories every meal and u will succeed!! Good luck!
