Is there a advantage for weighing weekly vs daily or weighing daily vs weekly. If you weighed weekly your number on the scale can jump up a little vs weighing daily on the scale you can adapt to the numbers fluctuating every day.

Do whichever one you prefer, that makes you feel most comfortable. People react to numbers differently, so there is no way that's more advantageous for everyone0

I weight (nearly) daily to learn about fluctuations (and in the worst case, see a trend before it settles), but I only really 'count' it weekly.0

Same here. I weigh daily and track in trendweight but only log it in MFP once a week at most1

The scale can jump just as much from day to day as from week to week. I prefer to weigh daily for many reasons - but I never know what to expect1

I do daily, but only log weekly changes every Friday.
I used to hate it seeing the scale go up and down all the time, but once you look at what you have eaten or done the previous day the ups and downs start to make sense and you start to not panic about the fluctuations.0 -
Daily. This teaches me many things. Including that sodium can really make the numbers jump the next day. Does not cause me anxiety to see a higher number. I take it as learning.1
