New here. I have no trouble finding time for the gym...its the food part that i struggle with. Always looking for new recipes and workout routines.

What I'm going to try to do is do workout videos on YouTube. They have short videos if you don't have much time that day. My tv has a YouTube app on it.1

It depends on the goal that you want to achieve. If it is lean or if you want to maintain or you want to loose weight.
