My biggest challenge is definitely the lack of motivation that I have. I mean yes I try to motivate myself since I really need to lose weight but I need someone to help push me.

My biggest challenge is putting to much pressure on myself to be perfect. Pretty good most the time is fine.

It takes time to learn new habits and adjust eating habits. It takes time to lose weight. And it's true, I didn't gain it overnight and shouldn't expect to lose it overnight.

I just try and do a little more today than I did yesterday. One small thing that improves my weight loss journey. Whether it is going an extra 1 minute on the elliptical machine or trying to burn an extra 10 calories on the treadmill. It doesn't always have to be for the workout too, sometimes it's about eating 1 more piece of fruit today or drinking an extra glass of water. I also try to remember that 60 days from now I can be in a much better place or I can be the same old me 60 days from now and it's up to me to be which person I want to see when I look in the mirror. As far as motivation goes I always make myself go to the gym, get on a machine and spend a few minutes just using it. Sometimes its a matter of getting there and then you feel motivated to work out. I go on my lunch breaks at work and I have admit its not always easy to want to get out of my chair to spend the next 60 minutes working out, but once I get there the motivation kicks in. Hope this helps.
