I have less than 2 months. I need tips, suggestions and any help on obtaining upper body strength, losing weight and eating better! Any help will be greatly appreciated. I'm 5'8 1/2 210 pounds. Eventually I want to shed 30 to 40 pounds.

Start doing your burpees and grip strength workouts now (like burpees everyday, keep uping the intensity; lots of pull ups and if you cant do those, deadhangs), amp up your hill/running endurance. Find an OCR or Spartan community (like on facebook).0
