Need some accountability

Hey. I'm Marcus. 34 years old. 6'5". 460lbs. I'm going to lose 200lbs.
I just finished my first week of religiously logging my food (good and bad) and going to the gym (everything hurts...lol).
Looking for some people to help me keep on track. I'd be happy to reciprocate.

    It's a long journey, buddy, but just aim for consistency! Even on days where you don't think you can put in a work out, go to the gym, make it a habit, move as much as you can, even if it doesn't seem like a lot, every little bit helps!

    Logging is the key for me. That and portion control ...Hard. Sounds like you're off to a good start. Keep it up!! You got this.

    I feel your pain...after too many years of not doing very much my body now hates me. Just build it up doing a little better every day and you'll get there.
