Third time's a charm

So this is my third time trying to lose the weight and keep it off. I lost some weight and gained it back due to medication and heavy drinking. I've ditched the drinks and lowered the meds, so I have no excuses now.

I have quite a bit to lose. I want to lose about 66 pounds and have lost about 6 already without calorie counting. Although, I've hit a plateau, so I'm going back to basics with calories in vs calories out.

To lose weight I have been running and am halfway through my couch to 5k program. I would like to do more strength training but I'm a bit of a newbie there.

My goal is to be at a healthy weight and be able to run a 10k with ease again. Right now I'm in the obese category and I don't want that to be for long. I want to be able to wear cute clothes again and feel good in a bikini!

I'm looking to add some lady friends for encouragement!

My calorie counter is set to 1410 calories a day.

Add me if you want an encouraging friend to cheer you along the way!

Good Luck to you!! I'm on and off on MyFitnessPal. All I need to do is to be consistent on logging in all my intakes... as long as I keep the track of my intakes, I'm fine! I Did the 5k program last winter and for some stupid reasons I stopped once the goal achieved...
