That means a one hour run, no breaks, starting tomorrow morning.
At this point it's psychological. Last week was supposed to be 2 22 minute runs with a 1 minute walk between them, but I ran straight through, 45 minutes, no problem.
But man, a whole hour!
Kind of freaking out over that idea...

    Just keep the pace slow and easy. You'll be fine.

    running is 99% mental... whether you think you can or you think you cant, you're right.

    Don't psych yourself out if it before you even start!

    I just finished c210k last night with my 3rd hour long run. There were 13 weeks building to this. You've got this.

    Go slow enough that you could go for 90 minutes if you wanted to. It'll be easier than you think if you're doing it right.
