Hi i weigh 144lbs and I'm 5ft I hate my height so much. I've never quite been active due to a disability so I've always been kept indoors. I want to lose weight my goal is 128lbs to 90lbs. If anybody knows excerises that I can do from home that are efficient and easy to help me that be great. I'm really serious about this.

Thank you, yeah I've been counting my calories for about 85 days I've lost at least 10 lbs but I figured if I could do some exercise it would help a bit. But still thank you for the advice, also yeah you're right I'll let my height go. No point in crying over spilled milk.

There are Pilates for different disabilities you could google. Otherwords, just move. Whatever makes you comfortable..do. I don't know what your disability is, but swimming generally accommodates most. But yeah, it's mainly cico that helps you to lose. Pounds in the kitchen, ounces in the gym.

I'm also 5ft and started at 157. If you'd like to be friends, hit me up. We're all in this together.

Could you consult a trainer or PT? They might be able to help you work around your disabilities and find just the right workout for you. You can save money by getting them to design a workout that you can do on your own, seeing them only once in a while.

And: Mary Lou Retton, gold medalist in gymnastics, is only 4'9"!

I'm 5' and I started at 139 sooo many years ago (currently 119), it's taken me forever to make permanent lifestyle changes. You're finding success with diet so that's awesome; I don't know what exercise you're able to do but Youtube has tons of workout videos (yoga, bodyweight training, aerobics, dance...) that might be adaptable to your needs.

Also there's nothing wrong with your height, I guarantee it. It's the best height, in my opinion.
