I am 5 feet in height. 65.5kg I need to 55kg.
I work out 4 times a week
I have opened my diary. I need someone to keep me on track.

Also I don't tack my work outs. If you are good at coming up with work out plans, it will help too.

  • Hi - I'm a similar weight (yo-yoing!) and height and looking to get to 55 too - I also just came on here to find someone to do this with! I'm looking for someone to spit me on and exercise more. I find them online which is great as it gives you a guideline of calories burned.
Send me a friend request if you like! :)

You added me as a friend from posting on another thread then I came across you again here! Lol

Looking at your diary, I am honestly concerned. It looks like you only get 500-700 calories a day. I sincerely hope that this is due not inaccurate logging and that this isn't truly the amount you are consuming each day ... because even for someone petite, that is WAY too low. You will experience adverse health side effects if you deprive yourself so much.

I challenge you to take a good look at your eating and tighten up your logging. Log all the little things you munch on throughout the day, even if you're embarrassed about them. Log the little bites, nibbles, the olive oil in the pan, everything. Restaurant entries are often inaccurate, as are packaged foods, so measuring with cups or weighing is helpful. You need to find your true base of where you're eating now so you can find where to go from there.

If you are indeed logging your foods accurately, then ignore everything I just said. 500-700 calories is severely depriving yourself, and it is extremely dangerous. 1200 calories should be the absolute bottom limit for your current size. I would strongly encourage you to seek out therapy from someone who specializes in eating disorders, because that is something we on MFP are not qualified to help you with.

I would still be happy to hold you accountable though. I hope you weren't offended, and I hope you give some thought to what I said.

I am not offended at all. If you look at my average calories over 7 days, I average about 1200 a day. I tend to eat more/ eat out over the weekend which is why I save up my calories.

Yes, I could probably tighten up my logging a bit more which might add another 100 cal per day but I don't feel the need to because I am not logging all the work outs that I am doing plus breastfeeding.

I have a dietician monitoring me on a weekly basis.

I am able to sustain on the food that I am eating because I have a lot of veggies.
