Back into running

I tore my ACL on my left leg and had surgery four years ago. My excuse has been: my hamstring muscle isn't strong enough for me to go out on a run. Tonight's the last night for me to use that excuse. I can't let those words slip out of my mouth. Running 4 days a week will be my normal again. It's going to be a long road and that's the road worth taking!

It's never easy coming back from an injury like that, but all one can suggest is to go at your own pace and don't rush back too quick. It can be easy to re-injure yourself, so take a break when it's needed. All the best!
