Cheese. Unless I need it for a specific recipe or something (then I'm good at waiting until I need to use it), I'll eat all of it pretty much straight away.

Any food I keep out is purely stuff my husband abhors and won't eat. (IE squash, stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, and most any fish except for canned tuna which is only eaten once in a blue moon.) it doesn't make sense to me to have food that only one person is gonna eat.

I've never been a salty person but this weekend I found out that veggie chips are a big fat NO in my house. Can't keep my hands off the things.

iv been to scared to try those just for the exact same reason, never been a chip person but i sense even the mental hurdle of "its veggies whats the harm?!" Will cause that...Even when i know thats not true, Potato chips are veggies to LOL

AGREED. There was some weird "one more handful won't hurt" game going on.

Cheddar rice cakes (or pop corners). Omg. Also I once ate them with nutella when I was feeling really gluttenous... so many regrets. Potato chips; I can only buy a small bag if at all. Halva. There are also these giant Costco ravioli I can't have; I used to eat them, cold, on crackers. How did I get fat? OH right.

Chips. Chips, chips, chips. I can have candy, chocolate, ice cream in my house and I won't go crazy but chips for some reason are my one true weakness.

I buy chips, but only the kinds my husband likes so he can still have them and I'm not as tempted. I don't buy my favorites or I'd have little self control... crunchy Cheetos and salt and vinegar :)

Flamin' Hot Cheetos. I will eat a whole family sized bag in one day.

I've been avoiding making bread. Nothing like fresh bread in the house to drive me into paroxysms of joyous gluttony. Is there anything better than still warm bread slathered in fresh butter? I think not.

I stopped carrying change/small bills so I wouldn't hit up the vending machine at work.

Potato chips, tortilla chips, dorritos, etc. I don't have a lot of self control with those things. About the only time I treat myself to potato chips is when we're on camping trips, and I just enjoy the hell out of them. We usually put out chips and salsa when we have people over. I can't remember the last time I had Dorritos...

Walmart sells 1oz single servings for $0.50. It's the only way I can control myself.

I don't have any food item I purposefully keep out of house. Everything in moderation and I guess my self-control is decent, lol.
