I put off losing weight long enough. It's been a yoyo of losing weight and gaining it back over the past year. Too much is going on to keep starting over! In 45 days, my fiance and I are going on a cruise and in October of 2018 we are getting married

20 lbs in 45 days is quite extreme, probably not safe unless you have 100+ lbs to lose. since that is 6.5 weeks away, aim for 5-13.1

At two pounds per week you are looking at a loss of 12 pounds by then. Two pounds per week is not recommended unless you have a substantial amount of weight to lose. As above stated, its not healthy. Its basically a crash diet which is not sustainable and you have a good chance of bouncing back from it with more weight than when you started. The goal for weight loss is to follow a process which is sustainable in the long run and improves your ideas about eating.0
