Sometimes it just feels good to list them!

I am only down about 25 pounds in 6 months, but I have accomplished SO MUCH MORE.

1. down 2 pants sizes
2. took up running (I haven't run more than 10 steps in a row since high school)
3. exercise is a priority (I have NEVER been an exerciser)
4. I know what combinations of food will fulfill my RDA for iron and calcium and B12 for the day without taking supplements
5. I can easily achieve 80g of protein in a day without thinking about it - and often 100+ (pretty good for a vegan!)
6. re-started C25K so I could do it with my daughter - I'm getting her into it, too!
7. I am riding 4-5 days a week
8. Am looking forward to starting 30DS with my daughter next week (I am not dreading it!)
9. I pack my breakfast, lunch and snack almost every day
10. I drink sufficient water almost every day
11. I have FINALLY learned that I need to fuel my body properly in order to achieve my fitness goals AND lose weight (eff you 1,200 calories a day! I need AT LEAST 1,600 + eat back all my exercise calories!)
12. I log everything before I eat it, so there are no surprises, and overages are intentional.
13. I have 155 MFPals that I adore

What's your list?

Please tell me about getting your protein each day... I'm vegetarian and I'm still figuring it out.
