    Yes...? I don't typically overthink that portion. I just "eat healthy". But monitoring EVERY single thing on the nutrition label and making sure you're not going over on the individual amounts takes time and dedication.

    Can you find time to walk more? 30mins a day of brisk intentional walking is a good start and a good habit to make.

    Try to add salad to your main meal every day. See if you can have less of the meal (but still enough) and add some salad to make the portion big as it used to be.

    A big culprit are sweet things which are high in fat, like chicolate. If you have a sweet tooth, see if you can replace some of the deserts or snacks with fruit like grapes or berries for example. Don't aim to replace all of them, you'll feel deprived soon. Only some of them.
