I seem to fall in a cycle of starting off strong and then slacking after two weeks or 3 .I start off super focused. I have to remind myself this time i will make it a habit . i need to stick to it and lose the weight!

Are you restricting yourself too much?

Think sustainable lifestyle changes, not quick diet.

I struggle with this too! It's really up to us, individually... One Choice at a time. What do we choose today to move us towards our goal. It just pushes are behind if we slack. Let's Do this!!

Not really. Finding a sustainable routine is key. Don't start off strong and hyper focused, now you know what happens next. You won't be able to continue something you dislike and don't have to, just by telling yourself you're going to (trust me, it doesn't work that way). Set realistic goals and decide which attainable actions you're going to implement. Then just do it. Be prepared to adjust your strategy along the way.

No discipline is key, not motivation
