Finally!!!

This is not a great accomplishment, but it's a milestone. I started MFP 5 weeks ago. The first week I lost 2 pounds. The next four weeks was crazy. I'd lose two pounds at the first of the week, then gain them back just before weigh-in. I did this for FOUR whole weeks. The third week this happened, I was so mad I litterally kicked and threw the scales in the corner of my closet so I couldn't see them. I was ready to throw-in-the-towel. I decided that if this happend the next week, I would call it quits for good.
Today I got on the scale and kept off the two pounds.
The only thing I did different was increase my water intake. I keep to my 1200 calories and have 4 intense workouts a week. I have yet to start the strength training - but that's next.

Yeah - finally!!!

  • my opinion on the days you work out eat a little more it will make a big difference
