Hi!
I am a 23 year old, "chubby girl".
I've been extremely demotivated the last year and I put on about 40 pounds. I didn't realize it til I stepped on the scale yesterday. I started my weight loss journey about 3 days ago, but I've tried to better my eating several times in the last year.
This is the first time I have done a lemon water fast with fruit before beginning a massive change, and it's also the first time I've stuck with it 3 consecutive days with absolutely no cheating.
I think my problem before hand was I was overeating 2 meals a day..
I am a waitress, and a student going for business management.
Being a waitress has made it more difficult, in my opinion (or any other constant footwork job), because I am so used to being on my legs that I think I have to work out more because I am constantly on my feet in my daily activities.
I write all this to explain to whoever decides to read it all, that I need help staying motivated. I need someone that also needs me to say "hey how's your journey going today?"
I have been doing great on my own, but I could still use support and would love to meet someone with the same mindset, ready to burn weight.
I am attempting to document this, and may even do video recordings to upload later.
I am seriously considering making this a hobby to motivate others.
If it sounds silly to you, look away.
I want someone ready to change their life, as much as I want to change mine..

played that game of work and school (I hustled cars and studied accounting/finance... punishing on the daily diet. motivation to go workout was really hard, and I easily gained 40lb quickly. let me know if you need help staying on course with your new plan. I'm coming off an injury and am getting back into shape slowly. best of luck!

Excellent!!! I keep saying this but the community side of the app has been a game changer for me, the support makes a ton of difference!!! I'm remodeling my home as a hobby and thought I didn't need to work out, but since I started working out I have a bunch of energy. Being on your feet is great but it won't compare to the level of intensity you hit at the gym. Trust me, it will give you a boost of energy. I sent you a friend request, feel free to add my friends, they're incredibly supportive.
