Any seniors like to connect pls?

Oh my.... this is my third time trying MFP. Each time I lose weight, then I leave thinking I don't NEED this but it!!! I put on almost 20 lbs since last fall... now I'm back and seriously need to get with it. I'm 61, eating mostly clean and LCHF - I try to walk every day (osteoarthritis kills me). Any other seniors out there care to friend up here for motivation? TIA!

I'm over 60 and society tells me I'm a senior even though I have the mind of a 40 yo.

I lied to a computer kiosk once and got a senior discount ticket to a movie. And I'd do it again.

Would love to join your group! I'm 58 and looking to lose around 40-60 pounds. Have lost 20 so far on MFP -- tracking and walking on my treadmill. Live in the country and started walking outside with my two redbone coonhounds as it gets nicer out. Just thought it would be nice to have some friends to keep my motivated!

Hello, another oldie here in Edinburgh-71 and the years whizz by!!. really looking for a walking friend so I can pay less attention to arthritic pain and enjoy the company, but no one seems to be around???? Even comparing notes about keeping going should help!
